Sticky chicken

1 family pack chicken thighs
1 can OJ concentrate
2 C cheap balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 C brown sugar
4 T dry mustard

Combine everything but chicken in a saucepan and reduce by 1/2, being careful not to burn it. Line a half-sheet pan with foil and spray the hell out of it with vegetable oil spray.

Set oven to 400 degrees. Place thighs on foil covered pan and roast to internal temp of 130. Sauce thighs, continually basting them with sauce every 5 minutes until it reaches an internal temp of 165 and is well lacquered in the sauce. Serve immediately with rice and a veggie.

I doubt you'll have leftovers.
