JRE Aladino Robusto

This cigar has a smooth medium wrapper. Soft notes of latte come off of the wrapper and foot. It has a nice firm bunch and a good cold draw. This morning’s beverage is a Chameleon cold press coffee latte style.

The cigar starts off very peppery. The pepper settles some but is still the predominant flavor. The burn is very even and the ash is a mostly solid mottled grey.

The ash drops at the one third mark. The smoke is very smooth but still very peppery, with some cedar and toasty flavors beneath. The burn remains very even.

During the second third the cigar went out. After relight the pepper settles more and reveals coffee notes. The ash is still solid but drops on its own at about half inch internals. The burn line remains even.

Approaching the final inch the pepper maintains a medium presence as the coffee notes increase. A medium to full bodied cigar that is perhaps a bit too peppery for a morning smoke, but a cigar with excellent construction and fairly good complexity. 8.25/10, Joe Bob says check it out.
