There's a considerable backstory there. The guy Russ sold the business to used to be his partner. They parted ways amicably a while back, so when Russ decided to sell the business, he gave that guy first shot...and he took it.

I can remember when Russ used to live in Hawaii, and ran the business from there in absentia...the warehouse was in Arizona. Then it moved to Mississippi, then North Carolina. Russ' partner was in Mississippi. He bought the business, and is relocating it back to Mississippi.

Jerry (oedipus1) can fill in a lot more details - unfortunately, he's no longer with CBC, but he's told me he feels that nothing significant will change at CBC. I hope that's the case.

Jerry - anything you think needs to be added?
