Bowmore Tempest 10 Year Old Cask Strength (First-fill Bourbon casks, Batch VI)... Butterscotch and brine with a subtle backdrop of smokiness.

Never mind, cracked open the bottle I found a few months ago. Very good! Has a sweetness up front and is mellow, then the finish is spicy and heady.
