I recommend the stuffed crab from Deanie's in Metairie. Wonderful flavor.
One crab and a link of Rotolo 's homemade shrimp boudin and I'm ready to smoke.

Rotolo and Martin is the local, neighborhood grocery what's been here since 1934. Best Italian sausage and fresh ground meat, around
