I'm Back...
Back into the "other" dark side which is pipe smoking... After a long two year hiatus I'm back into smoking my pipes... Since about 2005 I've had multiple blends aging in mason jars... My tobacco used to always dry up because I didn't take proper care of the leaf then I decided to buy a dozen or so mason jars from Meijer... Needless to say I have about 15 larger jars I've packed my self and about 6 smaller jars I've collected... I'm glad I was able to keep all that tobacco fresh the last few years sampling a few of my favorites from time to time...
My question is is that... When ever I'm smoking one of my pipes I notice that my tongue gets this burning sensation... What are some ways on how I can prevent that from happening or at least reduce the burning... On a side note I have about three mainstay pipes, one corncob pipe for sampling blends or when I want a quick smoke, and one meer estate pipe...
