Humidifier no longer working?

Damn desktop is dry, it's my domesticador. I've been using a Premier Regular unit for a couple years with good results, though they do need to be refilled fairly often. However, the last couple of fills didn't seem to do anything. Will these things get clogged??? Do they need to be replaced after a couple years? I only use distilled water, no chemicals and I have another larger desktop with 2 Premier units that still works just fine.

If I do need a replacement, I was thinking about the Oshkosh, but I really don't like the idea of chemicals in the humidifier.

On another note, this is probably the third humidifer I've used in this humidor over the past 6 years, the first being a foam unit and then a Cigar Keeper (which I loved, but the crystals went bad).
