For longer term, "hands off", either the Oshkosh or the Oasis Jr. will work. A full size Cigar Oasis will NOT fit underneath the tray unless laid on its side which chews up a LOT of space. For adjustable humidity, the Cigar Oasis will give you control over the RH level. I don't recommend using Climmax in desktop humidors, cabinets, or anything made of wood as the primary humidification source. They simply do not hold enough moisture to keep it humidified to long periods of time.

The gluing that he is referring to is called edge gluing. You do this to make a narrow board wider to make larger units. When done correctly and carefully, you can't tell the board was edge glued at all. It takes a bit of care, practice, and good clamps. You can either find two boards whose grain pattern matches up, or you can resaw a board thinner and lay them edgewise to glue together. Resawing will generally allow you to match the grain pattern a bit better. We started using these http://www.netnet.net/rrclamp/ and absolutely love them. Very easy to adjust, stackable, and perfect for edge gluing panels.
Will the Oshkosh fit under the tray or where would you keep it in Lincoln humidor?

Thanks for your help.
