hash browned potatoes with onions and smoked gouda cheese

Baked catfish with lime and Greek seasonings. Asparagus with a balsamic vinaigrette. Starch TBD. Kids are going to bahe a cake this weekend.

the week finished with leftovers and me eating out twice. Been a tough week again. The weekend hold me eating out or cooking for my parents and eating with them. That means simple things usually

made the cutlets but didn't make sandwiches

made a cauliflower and rigatoni gratin too which is very good (sage lemon garlic were the flavorings)

got a late start and will be doing dishes for a month...
