I am interested in knowing if any of you would watch a podcast that talks about beer and cigars?

Probably not, only because most of my cigar/beer browsing is done at work and reading text is safer than listening/watching podcasts while on the clock.

Yes. I currently listen to approx. 10 Podcasts that deal with cigars, scotch, wine, or beer. I plug in one headphone while I'm at my desk and it helps pass the time.
