If that is spelled right.....
Anyway..... I purchased a Turk's Head mainly for smoking the nubs from extra special cigars and a little pipe tobacco also. My tobacconist "seasoned" it with honey as per the usual advise and loaded a nice smoke to start the cake. Much later, I put the nub of a small cigar in the bowl. It didn't get hot, only a little warm, but the bowl cracked and the stem broke near the bowl. My tobacconist replaced the pipe and suspects that maybe the honey caused the problem as he could find nothing advising to use honey with meerschaums. (Like me, he thought it to be a standard practice with all pipes.) Where did we go wrong?
