The only non stick that I have ever liked was the heavy aluminum calphalon. Stays clean, conducts well, no scratches. The best I ever had was the old Silverstone, but it was so thin and it warped.

We have circulon, and wth? Try cleaning that crap!

So , after using the SS for basically a month, I really like it , so far , with a little attention , they are non -stick , searing etc... much better than non stick (obviously) and cast iron ... plus it looks nice ...

I am going for the real test this weekend , eggs...

As long as you use enough fat in the pan, you'll be fine. Learned that working the breakfast rush on a flat top.

Nice set. I have a Cuisinart set that I like - heavy bottoms like the all clad...
I'm just afraid to make eggs in it....

Know what I love about costco? Go in with your receipt. They'll make it right.
