While surfing the net last week, I saw one of these and recognized it as one of the few things in existence today that I saw in an old 1960's era Johnson Smith catalog.
Ordered one and it works like a charm! Stainless steel. Plus, no fluid evaporation. LINK These things were invented pre WW2 and are still around. Not very big either, only about an inch and a half high.
