It is ridiculous. But the target audience is not the average cigar smoker or even the avid cigar guy who is extremely wealthy. It is the rich guy who has so much money he can buy it and is so insecure he has to buy crap like this to prove he is an expert... think guys who get rich quick with an app or a .com or the like.
The upside for those of us in a less affluent world is that the guys who can afford it are making it OK to smoke again... so for that I thank them
