I cannot imagine wanting to eat 25 year old paella
https://harvestright.com/how-it-works/ especially since I would be 83 at the time especially since it costs 1700 bucks

It's used in taxidermy, too. pose rover, freeze him hard, dry him with vacuum, gas him wit preservatives, then stretch him out on his old bed in the place where he always slept.

I was reading yesterday about a Thanksgiving dinner that cost $76,000 per head. Some folks have more money than sense.

Never paella, but I've re-hydrated several people.

Title sounds like my wife when I buy a new whisk. I've only got about 30 of them in different shapes and sizes.

KitchenAid Mixers
I'm thinking of getting a KitchenAid mixer before the Christmas baking season begin. ie, I am already behind.
Does anyone have one? Are they as good as people claim or are they really just a counter top display item to impress folks? I am open to other suggestions but that is the only brand that seems to exist. It's like Apple with out Samsung. Also, how are they for mixing bread dough? Best attachments? I've pretty much got my mind made up but a bit of feedback never hurts. Thx.

I have had kitchenaid mixers, very much enjoyed them. Excellent for kneading dough. I never got into all the attachments but the food grinder thing is pretty cool.
breville has a similar mixer, I have not sued it nor have I priced it out but the reviews are very good hamilton beach has a bargain priced stand mixer that is usually the 'best value' choice.
