Cool Cooking Gadgets
I would like to start a sticky thread on cooking gadgets that could be useful in preparing food.
Here's a cool cooking gadget. The Gourmia GBQ330 portable charcoal electric grill. Grilling at the table top. Sounds cool. Check it out... http://www.gourmia.com/item.asp?item=10074 Amazon has them for $100. https://www.amazon.com/Gourmia-GBQ33.../dp/B01M1SA83B

Used a garlic press for the 2nd time in my life last night, to make sauteed spinach with garlic. Oh damn. Why did I wait so long.
Yes, they get messy. but such tiny little bits of garlic to gently sweat in the olive oil before adding the spinach!

Jenaluca Herb Scissors. This is a super cool gadget because it has 5 blades. I need this in my kitchen.

That reminds me of glass pattern shears. They have three blades.
