Red8657 mystery cigar review. part 1 You guess what cigar
One of our newest CW brothers went off and sent me five cigars, bands removed, for me to review and post here.
And I thank him and will oblige his request. So now that Steve is back from his honeymoon, I will start to post the review. #1 cigar 6.75 x 52 maduro box pressed torpedo. A light oily feel to the wrapper with a bit of tooth. Firm clip, pre-draw was smooth. Toasted the foot and lit with ease. Initial taste was distinctively chocolate yet with a touch of sharpness. I took my time on this cigar because the first few puffs really heated it up and I didn't want to burn away and flavor experience this might bring Black & White ash flicked off at just over an inch. After about two inches, flavor changes interestingly enough to hot cocoa with the sharpness abating, Yet each puff brought an odd aftertaste that was easily remidied with beer. Halfway point, flavors melted away and straightforward tobacco taste with little complexity or change. Continious beer drinking kept the off aftertaste away. This should go to show. If you take your time, pay attention to the cigar smoking experience, everycigar SHOULD have something to offer. I had two suspicions of what cigar this was. What do you think
