Fajita Seasoning

Williams Sonoma use to sell a delicious fajita seasoning but they haven't carried it for years. Anyone have a really good fajita seasoning? Thanks

Tequila, lime juice, garlic, and soy. Adjust to your taste.

Soy? in fajita? never!

Ancho Chili powder, Cumin, Garlic powder, onion powder, Anaheim chili powder salt and pepper. Adjust to taste. Like it really hot, add some Cayenne pepper.

Best if you can coat the meat of choice with the seasoning for an hour or so before you're going to cook.
