Cigar Killer

Last night I was on the front porch smoking a LGC Series R #5 when about half way through I had to respond to an emergency and never returned to finish the cigar. Well, the weather here is very humid and rainy. The cigar sat out all night and half of the day. When I remembered the half smoked jewel, I found it had expanded to almost twice it's size - I should be so lucky. Now I understand the full impact of HUMIDITY!! Wow, the thing exploded! the wrapper split and the cigar was taking on a life of it's own. Note to self - take half smoked cigars into a more controlled environment. If my error can save someone elses half smoked cigar it won't have been a total waste.
