Changed my mind
Well the two brands (Don Mateo and the Trinidad sandwich) actually turned out to be pretty good as I smoked about 10 more of each bundle. No more plugs, minimal tunneling and good flavor after they burn about an inch or so. Maybe my palate is getting used to them?
The Consuegras I got from JRs were as dry as a bone and I tried one...yuck. I'll try to bring them back in the tuppidor and hopefully they will rejuvinate. Since money is tight I will probably buy some more of the Trinidads and let them sit, the best smoke of the three bundles for sure...though I'll revist the Consuegras after they heal Last edited by Ol'Bluesmoke; 01-23-2010 at 04:33 AM. |
