What is ...
... your single favorite beer style? (Porter, Pilsner, IPA, etc. )
Why? Mine is a really good Porter. Just seems to be the most balanced between the maltiness, and then bitterness from both the roasted grains and hops. Sorry if this has been discussed before. I'm too lazy to search it out.
