Noah's Mill Bourbon
Damn tasty, though unlike any other bourbon I have had. It has an unusual taste. I want to say it is something like the peat taste in some scotches, but that really isn't accurate. Very hard to describe. Good stuff though, and the proof is good as well, at 115.
A little on the high side for bourbon prices ($40 in Atlanta), but I think it is worth it. Especially when I compare it to scotch prices lately.
