Grinding Beans
To those of you who grind your own, any issue with grinding too fine. I like a nice strong dark cup of coffee. I tend to grind my beans very fine before brewing. I bought some fresh bean today (Kenya from Peet's) and decided to brew a pot to savor with my Sir Winnie this evening. I didn't grind as fine as usual, just trying something different, and the coffee is a little thin. How do you all grind your beans for brewing (metal cone filter, no paper, Cuisinart brewer, separate grinder)
 I like a little residue in my cup. I like it strong. I can't seem to get that coffeehouse flavor, though. |
