Fing heat wave 39 degrees,
Caldwell Cigar Co. Blind Man's Bluff Robusto this morning chopping ice and coffee. With my dad (Big Kirk not doing so well 82 but loves the cigar smoke smell) after illness watching Django Unchained. Told him I won't smoke, his reply "What the F%^k if that kills me I'd rather go that way enjoying a cigar than shitting myself in a home". Got to love his philosophy . Caldwell Cigar Co. Eastern Standard (Dark Connecticut) Cream Crush Later tonight: Southern Draw Cigars Firethorn Robusto Have a great football Sunday. I'm either a winners or loser tomorrow my team still alive. Depends on outcome of the game as to what I'm smoking. |

Tried a new cigar for me that is. Tried the Perdomo Imperio Estate Seleccion. It was released last May, but this is the first time I have tried it. Nice med-full cigar with a nutty flavor profile, nice and enjoyable. Then I tried a Heisenberg 4x65. Nice but not my flavor profile.

Still working my way through a bundle of Casa de Puros robustos I bought on sale at JR's. These are pretty good cigars for $1.50 apiece. I'll be looking for more before I run out.

Today's selection was a LFD Reserva Especial and a Norteno. Both very good cigars.
