Zest and juice of 15-20 lemons (avoid white pith)
2 fifths cheap vodka (or 1 fifth vodka and 1 fifth Everclear if you want it to have a kick)

Put zest, juice and vodka in large jar. Place in a cool, dark place for at least a month (two if you can). It gets yummier the longer you leave it. After all of the color is gone from the zest, make a simple syrup of a cup of table sugar and a cup of water. Cool and mix in. Enjoy over ice.

Use caution when consuming. This stuff's been known to give people vapor trails as they pass by you.
