Want to guess what they specialize in? Anyway, they've got a huge list of bourbons available and I'm trying to get an idea of the must tries. Some of the ones I saw: Buffalo Trace Elijah Craig Michter's Pappy Van Winkle Might venture into the Irish Whiskeys a bit too.
