Popped the stopper last night on that 'fresh' bottle of Edradour 10 Year Old I'd recently purchased... Very, very nice for a standard-age, standard-proof whisky! In fact, I'd hazard a guess that it's even better than the fine distillery releases from the 1980s/1990s... A noticeable Sherry cask input, with 'sweet' baking spices flitting around on the palate.

Doesn't appear this bottle is going to last too long.

understandable, I picked up a bottle of the 12 year last night. Store had older iterations of the 10yr old too, took a pass on those

Tall bottle (43%ABV) with a pastel-toned representation of the distillery grounds on the label?
