Circulation fans

I have a 6ft tall cabinet with the active humdification device on the bottom. I'm interested in placing (4) 80mm fans on the back wall in order to circulate the humidity.

I'd also like to include a timer that switches the fans on every so often throughout the day. Something similar to what Avallo has done here http://www.avallohumidors.com/extracirculationfan.html

Problem is I don't have the foggiest on how to go abt wiring the whole set-up. I would probably need a DC to AC adapter so I can plug into a wall unit and some kind of timer.

Hopefully someone has done this before and can walk me thru it otherwise it's a call to Bob or Avallo and a visit to Radio Shack.
