I burnt my beans
I got sidetracked while roasting some beans last night and came out to see black flecks and smoke coming out of my popper. Dang it!!! I turned it off and quickly cooled them in my colander. I figured they'd be a burnt charred brew, but I kept them to see since I didnt have any other coffee to brew.
They made a pretty tasty brew this morning.
