Is anyone going to this event? I just learned of it from a buddy that goes to Bradley University. Im not sure I'm going to go...

I will be there. I'm actually the one who won the naming contest. I am heading down with a buddy from Mpls. I went to the Havana Cigar fest these same guys threw a couple years ago in Havana, Ill. That was a BLAST! It should be a good time. Hey, for 5 bucks if you're close why not... Hope to meet you there.

Very cool man! Do you remember if they threw anything or was it just $5 in, and smoke all day...was there a raffle? any companies represented? Congrats on winnig

Last time I was there the event was about half the size it was last year! I know there will be the chance to buy cigars there and some reps will be around but I don't expect to get any sticks with admission. I have it from a good source though that there will be some freebies from the different companies.

Some will be there in person and others were just sending stuff. Not sure as far as raffle either. I'd imagine so but what do I know! The last time I went I won a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses for being the "best dressed"!

I believe there's an art fair and music as well. As long as the weather's good, it should be a good day in the park.
