MISTLETOE MOJITO
I just found this Recipe. I need to look for some Pomegranate 7UP and give it a try....
Dan MISTLETOE MOJITO (Serves 1) 1 OZ Fresh lime juice 1 Tablespoon super fine sugar 8 Fresh mint leaves 2 OZ White Rum -Havana Club 2 Teaspoons Pomegranate seeds 4 OZ Pomegranate 7UP 1 mint spring, for garnish In a frozen highball glass, muddle lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves until sugar is dissolved. Add rum and pomegranate seeds. Fill glass with ice and top with Pomegranate 7UP. Garnish w/ lime twist.
