Bowmore 1989 - 16yr old Cask Strength
Yummm..... I DO recommend it.
 Nice bit of Islay peat smoke, but not too much. A touch of bourbon-cask sweetness, but not as sweet as typical sherry-cask Bowmore. Add a touch of water and it makes for a VERY impressive, smooth, balanced, single-malt with a lingering finish that hangs on until tomorrow morning.
