In a beer like that even the slightest bit of oxidation will eventually ruin it, given the timeframe in consideration. Their dopplebock tasted horribly oxidised to me last year when I bought a sixer, so I wonder if either their bottling process or handling procedures just aren't cut out for something that needs careful treatment.
