Yet another newbie...
Hello,
My name is Matt and I am a pipe smoker. Now that I have that off my chest, I'll tell you a little bit about me. I have been smoking pipes on and off for over 10 years now. I started smoking the old corn cobb pipe in high school and college and have graduated to a little bit of a nicer pipe. I swiped my first "real" pipe from my father and have never looked back. I really do not know that much about pipes or pipe tobacco, but if this boad is anything like the rest of cigarweekly I'm sure that I will pick up on things very quickly. I have been on a little bit of a pipe hiatus when my father suddenly passed away almost four years ago. I always assocciate pipe smoking wth my dad, and it just was not enjoyful for me to smoke a pipe. As the years progressed, I find that my interest in pipes has been rekindled once again and I purchased my first pipe tobacco last week. I hope to pull out a pipe and try the Christmas Blend here soon. I look forward to learning more about different tobaccos and blends...
