Stainless Steel Cookware

ok , my Calphalon non-stick has been basically worn out over the last 10 years...

all the cooking stuff I watch , the whole gamut of them ... I notice lots of SS in use...

I have decided to give it a try , done LOTS of googling and have decided to try out Tramontina as a first foray into SS , I realize All Clad is the "standard" , from what I have been able to gather , Tram is very comparable , but , at a cheaper price point ...

i looked at Vollrath commercial stuff , I just don't like the looks of it ....

I guess , what I am asking, anyone have any experience ??
