Hopefully I'll be OK. I will just have to inspect the cigars periodically. I just got a load of cigars in there - humidor is almost full - and at the rate I smoke them, it'll be going on three years before they are all gone. I'd like them to age and get better over time, not get infested with beetles. My humidity is running between 65-68 and the temp us usually between 76-77. In many peoples eyes, this is not bad storage conditions. If I do get an outbreak, since I do not own a commercial freezer, I think freezing will be difficult. Haven't quite figured out what the plan will be, but I do need to get one so I can keep these cigars in great shape for the long road ahead.
