Only in my espresso of course - mix a proportion of different single origin's and toss in 10% robusta coffee. Gives some depth to the espresso.
My typical bases at 40% are aged sumantra, india monsooned malibar, or Cuba Turquino. The rest are usually brighter coffees to add some depth in flavor. |
